Renovation Of Sang-e-Siah

About Project

Sang-e-Siah, which means black stone, is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Shiraz during the reign of Karim Khan. This work is a visualization project to present a student thesis based on renovating the old historical corridor of Sang-e-Siah. The client wants me to express a sense of historical context.

Concept
  • I decided to create all the modeling elements and textures by myself to depict the real sense of the space. I tried to make textures dirt and real and used my knowledge about exterior lighting and rendering experiences in rendering to achieve that goal.

  • One year later, I participated in a 3DsMax competition in Shiraz and presented it as a visualization project with the client’s permission, and I won it.

  • I used 3DsMax, V-ray, and Photoshop software to visualize the project process.
